The Gibson Martini
The Gibson is essentially a martini. A crisp and potent cocktail that requires a quality spirit. A twisted origin story follows the Gibson, when sometime in the 1930's, magazine illustrator Charles Dana Gibson asked Charlie Conolly at the New York's Players Club to make something different, so he added a cocktail onion to a Martini, and that is how the Gibson Martini was born.

The Gibson Bar
The Gibson Bar in London is simply a place that you have to visit over and over again just because you want to try their entire menu. As Marian told us, the menu consists of 12 months (4 cocktails for each month). Our choices were Boston Club Cocktail with Belvedere Unfiltered, Bamboo No. 2 with Ketel One Vodka, Gibson Milk Punch and Breakfast in Hollywood. I would characterise the whole conception of Gibson Bar and their cocktails with only one word: Hedonism.
PS: We absolutely love their home-made pickles.
